  • Chat has been enabled on your Google listing! Make sure to respond to messages within 24 hours to avoid the feature being disabled by Google.

  • Respond to reviews as they come into the Conversations tab

  • Set up desktop notifications to alert you when new messages are received (see Step 5)

  • Let us know if you would like the following features enabled:

    • Call recording for incoming calls
    • Automatic text message replies and email/SMS notifications to messages
