  • Using real photography: Dr. Harnish’s site is real and genuine because it shows off real photos. He knew a dental website would make a first impression of his practice, so he hired a photographer to help develop a personal connection with patients through his website.
  • Using real videos: Photos and videos together will make a real impact – Dr. Harnish saw this potential. He hired a videographer AND photographer to capture the emotional aspect of his practice to tell a story through his website.
  • Developing an emotional connection: If you think about it, would patients rather come to an office with real patient photography or stock photography? Developing an emotional relation to potential patients is worth the investment.
