  • Voicemail recording (we have scripts!)

3. Your Expectations

 

  • Complete the Roadside Connect training
  • Have one dedicated person (mainly a treatment coordinator) handle all timely responses in your Conversation chat
  • Drop in to our weekly Support + Role-Playing Zoom Room on Wednesdays from 10am-12pm CST

This step is IMPORTANT. Without your participation, your campaign won’t succeed.

4. Our Role

 

  • Campaign set up (once all assets are received)
  • We’ll write and set up the texts, emails, and landing pages
  • Testing and conversion optimization
  • Turnaround time: 2 weeks
5. Launch

 

  • We’ll notify you when your campaign is ready to launch
  • Prep your dedicated person

6. During the Campaign

 

  • Our campaign strategist will follow up with you to check how everything’s going
  • We’ll send to a certain number of clients at a time to test the campaign
  • We’ll make adjustments based on the data
  • Follow-up communication every week

All videos can be recorded from your phone to appear natural (behind the scenes) and don’t feel staged or scripted.

Imagine a client comes in and starts recording a casual walk-through into your office filmed in a way that they would post and share on their social media account (such as an Instagram story).

Videos do not have to include audio or voiceover either! We can add music and graphics on our own.
