How to Use the Facebook Services Tab in Your Dental Marketing
You may or may not have noticed, but Facebook has added a helpful little feature on your business page. In the column on the left side of the page, you will find a tab called Services – click on it, I dare you. Is it empty? If so, it shouldn’t be. You want it to look like the one below. It could be the boost your dental marketing needs.
What is the Facebook Services tab used for?
The new Services feature from Facebook allows you to add the top services your dental practice provides. It could be teeth whitening, Invisalign®, sedation – anything you like. This area allows you to showcase the following:
- Name of the service
- Price (optional)
- A short description of the service
- An image
TOP TIP: Use the pricing area as an alternative call to action. Include your phone number too.
Once you have created your services in this tab – let’s head back over to your timeline.
Which services can I add?
Although you can add as many services as you want, only the top three are displayed here. A visitor to your page can click on each service to learn more and see what else you offer.

It’s a no-brainer to use this handy little feature! It only takes a few minutes to set up and is a great way to promote your services. Show your Facebook audience what you can offer them without clogging up their News Feed. Use the Facebook Services tab today – you won’t regret it!
