Boost Your Dental Practice’s ROAS by 847% with iPhone Videos – Here’s How

So we want to examine a real story, some real numbers on how we’re able to achieve that, and maybe how you can incorporate some of those pieces into your marketing strategy.
In this video, we’re going to focus on one of our favorite doctors here at the office, Dr. Saba, who joined us recently.
He has a boutique dental practice in the heart of Phoenix, right? It was a healthy practice, but he knew there was potential. He knew he could handle many more new patients and grow.
And really, he was tired of pop-up marketing agencies that were priced low but had even lower results.
So he wanted to go in. He said, all right, let’s do it.
We used Facebook ads and Google ads, along with the full funnel, to really prequalify and nurture all of these leads.
But there are three keys that really helped his success.
And we’re going to look at those.
Lead generation success #1: Easy iPhone videos
You don’t need to have a huge video shoot, although that’s helpful. You can do things with something as simple as an iPhone.
So we gave him some scripts. He’s able to shoot them on a little teleprompter, boom, super easy, a little 30 mic off of Amazon.
And when I tell you that these videos blew up, people love them, especially the middle-aged ladies, of course, but everyone seemed to love them.
It just built that instant connection, right? It seemed real. When people would come into his practice, it was like they already kind of knew him, not to mention that it dropped our Cost Per Lead a lot.
So we were getting cheaper leads.
Lead generation success #2: Speedy call team
The second key was having our speedy call team.
We had our dental trained call team on there following up probably on average within 10 minutes.
When these leads did flow into the pipeline, they were followed up with and nurtured right away, moving them across the pipeline and getting more schedules.
That’s really what helped us ensure that we weren’t just getting leads but actually getting consults.
It’s one of the most overlooked pieces with marketing. Everyone thinks about the ads, but we want to turn those leads into consultations.

It has a really good user experience, right? So people feel comfortable with it and they actually book themselves.
If the platform is a bit funkier or clunky, people don’t tend to want to book themselves.
The conversion rate drops quite a bit, and we have to call them more, right?
Having Next Health on there allowed us to get a lot of those bookings just automatically through the funnel.
We did run into some challenges
We faced a high no-show rate in the beginning.
A lot of those appointments were scheduled, but not showing up.
And we, we dealt with, you know, some lower quality leads, but of course, that’s how these campaigns work.
We’re optimizing and constantly changing things. It’s not like, you know, mailers. You set it off, and then you’re like, you know, it’s gone. This is all digital.
We can just switch it.
So that’s what we did every single week. We were making changes, and now we’re able to get them a really solid flow of quality new patients.
He’s already thinking about getting a new hygienist and expanding services, which makes us super excited. We live to see our practices succeed and grow.

Since January, we have generated close to 400 leads for him, getting him an 847% return on his ad spend (ROAS).
